Blood Drive is an active item to be added in the Alabaster Fable.

Effects

  • Upon first use, it consumes all red hearts in the room and turns them into heart charges.
  • Activating the item in a Devil, Angel, Curse, or Sacrifice room will spawn pickups and collectibles for each red heart consumed.

  • According to the devs this was the most annoying item to work on.
