Enemies

Monsters are enemies found in most rooms, and are sometimes spawned by bosses as backup or even by other monsters.

Pebbles	???	Chases Isaac and blocks tears, but does not deal contact damage. Temporarily pauses in exhaustion after a certain amount of time. Invulnerable; dies when the room is cleared.
Goony (horizontal)	???	Walks horizontally, attempting to line up with Isaac. Frequently fires tears horizontally.
Goony (vertical)	???	Walks vertically, attempting to line up with Isaac. Frequently fires tears vertically.
