Welcome to the rules page. Please follow these or you may be banned.

These are based on Fandom's own community guidelines,

  • Dive in! Don't be frightened to start. Anyone is free to edit here, so click edit and get started!
  • Collaboration is key. Wikis are founded on the premise that the collective knowledge of the public is greater than that of a single individual. That means that working with others is essential for building a thriving community. Collaboration entails working together to develop, design, and make decisions. A community site is not owned or managed by a single individual. Rather, it is developed, maintained, and owned by all members of the community who participate.
  • Practice open-mindedness & assume good faith. Because these sites may be edited by anybody, people of various skill levels and perspectives are invited to contribute. We presume that most people who contribute to a wiki want to assist it rather than harm it. If this were not the case, a project would be doomed from the start. If you suspect a problem, it's preferable to first question the user about it, then take any necessary extra measures.
  • Be nice. No matter where you are, being kind and nice goes a long way. Say hi to people, provide aid where you can, and seek others for help if you need it. Simply being polite may have a significant influence on a community's growth and success.
    • Everyone has to start somewhere, so if you come across a new user who has accidentally made an incorrect edit, be kind! It's preferable to assist them in explaining what they did wrong so they may learn from you than to leave them a hurtful note. Remember how far friendly advice could get you when you're beginning.
    • Always remember online communities still involve real people. Even though you are online, this is still a community made up of real people. Mean comments, aggressive behavior, and vandalism all affect real people. If you wouldn't say it in person, don't say it here. If it breaks the Terms of Use, please don't say it at all.
    • Don't use the wiki to spam your own links. Wikis are a great place to build content on a specific topic, not a place to spam links to your latest product or to post non-relevant material. Spam will be removed, so please don't add it to begin with.
  • Ask for help. If you are unsure or want assistance, simply ask! On Fandom, there is a lot of support all around you, including Fandom's help pages, Central Discussions, local admins, and staff. There is no such thing as a silly question!
  • Don't Make it personal, and don't share personal details. Wikis are intended to be places where you may work with others on issues that interest you. Pages that are only intended to constitute an attack on someone will be deleted. This includes article material as well as communications sent to other users.
  • Don't feed the trolls. This means that if you reply to people who try to derail your job, you are giving them what they want: attention. The more you do this, the more likely they will return for more. It is better to remain cool and avoid interaction with vandals. The less attention they receive, the more probable it is that they will move on. Don't play games with the vandals since it makes things more enjoyable for them.
  • And of course, Never forget to have fun!
