|
- Follows the closest enemy in large, tightly-clustered groups protecting the swarmed enemy.

Pulp
|
|
- Slowly follows Isaac, firing a barrage of projectiles at him occasionally.
|
Parasite
|
|
- Appears in Parasite burrows, shoots at Isaac, then hides and reappears in a different burrow.
|
Hooker
|
|
- Throws a hook at Isaac.
- On contact with Isaac or an enemy, the hook is reeled towards Hooker.
|
Gigot
|
|
- Randomly wanders around the room, firing 4 shots in a rotating + and x pattern.
|
Grillgot
|
|
- Quickly and randomly wanders around the room, firing 4 quick shots in a rotating + and x pattern.

Gutted Gaper
|
|
- Chases Isaac.
- Possesses a line of projectiles trailing behind it, similarly to the item Akeldama
|
Myeloid
|
|

Cleft
|
|
- Randomly hops around the room.
|
Cloven
|
|
- Randomly hops around the room.
|
Bowl Head
|
|
- Chases Isaac.
- Falls over spewing tears and spawns Bowl Head Gore on death.

Bowl Head Gore
|
|
- Slowly chases Isaac, leaving a trail of red creep.

- After a few seconds it will explode and continue chasing Isaac.
