*When the "KEEP AWAY" seed is enabled, all pickups will mimic Isaac's movements.
*When the "GONE SOON" seed is enabled, all pickups will quickly fade.

This page is about additions by Forgotten Fables. More information about pickups in general can be found at the Vanilla page.

Pickups are minor items that can be found around the game to be collected by the player to be uses as recourses or health.

There's currently one confirmed pickup to be added.
