Enemies

Monsters are enemies found in most rooms, and are sometimes spawned by bosses as backup or even by other monsters.

Pebbles	140.3	Chases Isaac and blocks tears, but does not deal contact damage. Temporarily pauses in exhaustion after a certain amount of time. Invulnerable; dies when the room is cleared.
Goony	140.2	Walks in a single direction trying to line up with Isaac while frequently firing short range tears in one direction.
